DON'T PANIC
The Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy

If it is just the end of the world, there's nothing we can do about it. So, we may as well make the best of it.

But if it is the end of the world as we know it, we need to be prepared for whatever changes come.

Personally, I prefer the latter to the former, that being that the world we know is in a state of flux and great change. Knowing and believing this gives me confidence that I may be able to offer something of benefit to my community. Which seems to now span the whole planet. Which if you ask me is something to celebrate. I mean the notion that we can communicate, collaborate and cooperate with people almost anywhere in real time to design and facilitate solutions to many problems and condition, without great deals of red tape  or other political hindrances, encourages me to think of what I can offer other than money for others to conceive and produce the things and techniques to make the world a better place.

Yes, we all need money, some more, some less, but we have to have something to exchange for the money we want. And that leads us to this question. Are you prepared to present in a clear, concise manner, what solutions you believe and are willing to work at to bring about the change you want for your world, in exchange for what  compensation you desire.

Now some people just want to work and be fairly paid for that work, that's great, but too many of us feel like we should be in charge of things or our work has greater value. Others just want the latitude to do what the want to do when they want to do it. Still others have ideas that can if researched and properly employed help every person on the planet live at a level of affluence equal to present day billionaires. I know that this is a hateful idea for the elitist of the world, but it takes nothing away from your ability to have your own bespoke design t-shirts made by the mothers of cute little gay for pay cabana boys in tropical countries.
You'll just have to pay them a fair wage.
